Chapel of Jak,built in 1896-the group of building named Castle of Vajdahunyad represents diffferent architectural masterpieces in the Romanesque,Gothic and Baroque styles, selected from various distant parts of the country.
The designer,Ignac Alpar, placed a small chapel with a central belltower among the group, which has a plan reminiscent of the church at lebeny in Western Hungary( built on 1207)and an artistically designer spectacular portal decorated with 6-6 colums and other ornaments, called Portal Speciosa, copy of the twin-towerd,13th century Romanesque church of the Benedictine abbey at Jak.
